Property Owners Association (POA)
All Owners are members of the Property Owners Association (POA), a non-profit corporation which is managed by a Board of Directors according to the Lowe’s Ferry Charter and By-Laws. The Declaration of Easements, Reservations, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, as amended, provides the guidelines, regulations and restrictions to maintain the beauty and aesthetics of the community.
Effective January 1, 2025, annual POA dues will be $2000, payable January 1, 2025, $1000 and July 1, 2025, $1000. POA Fees cover:
- Clubhouse, pool, gates, & fence maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Insurance and property taxes of common areas
- Street lights and signs
- Utilities for common areas
- Fire Protection
- Capital Improvements
