Lowe’s Ferry Gates are open from 7am – 7pm (winter) / 7am – 8pm (summer) to allow deliveries and construction traffic.

Hours of Use:

Clubhouse: 6 am – 10 pm
Limited 4-hour rentals may be available for $250 only for community members
Pool: Dawn to Dusk (during pool season)
As of August 10, 2024, the pool is no longer available for rentals due to impact on other community members’ access.

The Board believes communications is key to building community. In addition to the Annual POA Meeting, periodic newsletters are issued to insure Owner’s are updated on Lowe’s Ferry and Board activities during the year.
